Office Policy

Cancelled Appointments

We require that if unable to make an appointment that you give us 24 hours notice.  We do realize emergencies and weather can cause problems, and we are fair and understanding. We ask the same from our patients.

We accept most private insurance plans.  Dental insurance is a great help in covering some of your out of pocket expenses, but rarely covers the full cost of dental care.  Your dental coverage is a contract between you the patient and your insurance company (provided by your employer or yourself). We are happy to estimate your portion of dental treatment either by a pre-determination to your insurance carrier or if there is no insurance coverage, at the time of your appointment.  A patient’s financial portion is due when the treatment is begun or other financial arrangements have been previously made.

Care Credit

For those wishing to finance all or part of their treatment.   We do offer a cash discount of 15% off our usual and customary fees, payment is due at the time dental services are performed.
